Do you feel stuck with your body? Do you feel you are limited, low on energy, aging too fast, or in too much pain? Do you have a poor body image? Do you feel you are doing just the best that you can do, and need to just make the best of it?
I used to feel that way too; I was tired too easily; I was aching too much. I was frequently drained by migrating pain that showed up in my knees, lower back, between my shoulder blades, or in my shoulders and neck. Plagued by migraines, TMJ, carpel tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and flat duck feet, I was a mess! And I hated my tummy!
Exercise and diet seemed to help only minimally. Weekly trips to the chiropractor eased my pain temporarily, but it was costly and I worried about side effects of overdoing that type of treatment for several years. Massage helped, but it seemed temporary. I was stressed and frustrated.
Then I discovered the original Rolf method of structural integration, developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf in the 60's when her work was affectionatly refered to as Rolfing® by the people she trained. It seemed like a type of massage therapy that not only felt good; it got lasting results! When I first felt my new experience of a spring in my walk, I cried. Never in my life did I anticipate the possibility of a new experience like that in my body. Yet here was proof of a new paradigm that was easy and enjoyable to implement.
If I could permanently change the structure of my body, what else was possible by a simple paradigm shift? I began to realize more and more how I now can intentionally create my body, my relationships, and my community to more effectively support my true purpose in life - to experience and generate gratitude, love, joy, and peace.
My feet now point straight. Pain has vanished. Balanced energy is abundant. I continue to create new possibilities in my life, in career, in relationships, and in community. Let me share exploration of this caring, loving, and therapeutic experience with you.

Discover how Dr. Rolf rocked the medical field when she demonstrated the significance of our body's fascia, and how her recipe unlocked its power to transform our lives. This pioneer blended what she learned from eastern and western medicine, physical science, yoga, psychology, and the pragmatic application of her good feminine intuition, to impact the lives of thousands of people. Her original work (some folks back then commonly called it Rolfing®) refined at California's Esalen Institute inspired a whole new generation of dedicated practitioners (some of whom formed both the Guild for Structural Integration and the Rolf Institute and were commonly called rolfers) and a whole new genre of holistic health modalities.
